The quote form is a way to ask an independent local storm shelter installer or foundation repair company for a price. We pass your request to a company that serves your area. That company may contact you by phone or text about your project. Sending the request does not commit you to anything.
What the form asks for
| Field | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Service | Yes | Storm shelters or foundation repair |
| City or ZIP code | Yes | An Oklahoma ZIP code, or one of the cities listed on the site for that service |
| Phone | Yes | A US phone number |
| Name | No | Up to 80 characters |
| Comment | No | Up to 1,000 characters, for example the shelter type you have in mind or where you see cracks |
| Consent | Yes | A checkbox agreeing that Storm & Ground and licensed local installers or repair companies may contact you about this request by phone or text. Consent is not a condition of purchase |
If a required field is missing or a field is not valid, the request is not saved. Correct the form and send it again.
What is saved with your request
Along with the fields above, the site stores:
- the time of the request
- the path of the page you sent it from
- the exact consent wording you agreed to and its version date
- the browser description your device sends (its “user agent”)
If the same phone number sends a request for the same service again within 10 minutes, the second request is not saved. The first one stands.
What happens next
The company can discuss your project with you and give its own quote. Sending the form does not book an appointment or oblige you to hire anyone. You can compare prices, ask about the scope and warranty, and decline an offer.
Who does the work
We handle the request. The company you choose handles the assessment and any work you agree to. Storm & Ground does not perform installations, repairs or inspections. Your contract is with that company. See About and Terms for more. See Privacy for how request data is handled.
